Gratis: 'Wellness Workshop' med Mila fra Neven Bodycare

Welcome to a 30 min wellness workshop for a healthy and happy being. 

We’ll start with a 10 minute mindfulness meditation to quiet the mind followed by Tanaka massage. This is a rejuvenating self-massage technique for the face. Tanaka massage comes from Japan and has excellent anti-aging effects when practiced regularly. It stimulates the facial muscles and aids the lymphatic system detoxification, resulting in youthful- looking skin.
